Pricing and Payment Policy

At Daylight Speech Services, we are committed to providing high-quality, individualized care with transparent pricing. While we do not accept insurance, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Our current rates are:

• Comprehensive Speech and Language Evaluation: $150 (Includes up to 1.5 hours of assessment. This will allow us to score their assessment and write a detailed report with therapy goals)

• Therapy Sessions:

  • Individual Session - $65 for 30 minutes.

  • Group Session - $45/child for 30 minutes. (Group sessions are an option for families that have 2 children with similar goals, or for daycare sessions with up to 4 children with similar goals)

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment and are available to answer any questions about billing or reimbursement.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be subject to a $25 fee. This policy allows us to offer your reserved time to another family and ensures consistency in your child’s progress.
